FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the turn around time for a Calibration?
We aim for a meter calibration completion of 3 working days. We can also provide, if possible, a quicker turn around 24hr if needed for an emergency e.g. audit / work schedule.
How often should MFTs and PAT testers be calibrated?
Many organisations use 12-month intervals, but it depends on usage, environment, and your quality/safety system. We can recommend an interval based on risk and frequency of use.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes — you’ll receive a calibration certificate / results summary suitable for filing and audits, plus a due-date label where applicable. Certificates are provided both in Digital and Printed Format.
What do you need from me to price the job?
Make/model of each MFT or PAT tester, quantity, and whether you need standard or priority turnaround. If you have a preferred interval (e.g., 12 months), mention that too.
Do you cover both ROI and Northern Ireland?
